Drop Dash Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Drop Dash platform and logistics services.

1. Service Description

Drop Dash operates a technology platform connecting shippers, carriers, warehouses, and logistics providers.

2. Carrier Requirements

Carriers must:

• Maintain valid operating authority
• Carry required insurance
• Comply with all laws and regulations
• Use qualified drivers and equipment

3. Shipper Responsibilities

Shippers must:

• Accurately describe freight
• Properly package cargo
• Avoid prohibited shipments

4. Payments

Drop Dash may process shipment payments, carrier remittances, and accessorial charges.

5. Cargo Claims

Carriers remain responsible for cargo loss or damage during transportation unless otherwise agreed.

6. Independent Contractor Relationship

Carriers and drivers are independent contractors and not employees of Drop Dash.

7. Limitation of Liability

Drop Dash provides services “AS IS” and disclaims warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by California law.
